Dinolil that there is a mix between a golden retriever and a husky. Isn't it pretty? I thought so x.x I think it is goldusky or something like that

For finding the breeds of my puppers, I search google for the image, and take a look at the pages it's in, or the best guess for the image. I'm not a dog expert, so I can't really tell at a glance. ^^;

Anyone want to border my pack? You can find their territory and border info here. If your pack doesn't quite line up, that's alright! I'll be willing to change borders slightly, as long as it isn't too out-there.

@ember my jerkheads could be a border - they have a rapid river near them. On the opposite side of the rapids is a town so if you agree you can pick if my rapids are on my n, e, s, or w and that'll decide which side my town is on, haha.

Thinking of joining this if I find both time and inspiration.
I have two different ideas - more like settings - for a pack. (Both based out of Canada. #Pride)

The first one will be based in the cold tundra of Canada. Might need to work out the prey situation to better fit the setting. Perhaps they hunt seal instead of boar.
Breeds for this are the tradition sled dog types: Huskies, Malamutes, Canadian Eskimo dogs, Greenland dogs, Samoyed, ect.
But also other breeds that'd be suited for the cold and climate: East/West Siberian Laikas, Karelian bear dogs, Akitas, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, Great Pyrenees, Saint Bernard, ect. Just in much lower numbers.
Most common are: Huskies, Malamutes, Laikas, and the Karelian Bear dogs.

The second one will probably be set on a fairly large island with human civilization (Like Newfoundland & Labrador) that's keen on fishing. Unpredictable weather, lots of fog and rain, cool summers, warm winters that kind of thing.
Breeds of dogs would be large ones from the hunting, gun dog, water dog, and retrieving groups.
So classic breeds like: Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Newfoundland, ect.
Other Lesser known Retriever breeds: Curly Coated Retriever, Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Flat-coated Retriever
Lots of Setters: English Setter, Gordon Setter, Irish Setter, Irish red & White Setter
(LARGE) Spaniel Breeds: English Springer Spaniel, Welsh Springer Spaniel, Kooikerhondje, Picardy Spaniel, Stabyhoun, Brittany
Pointer Dogs: German Shorthaired Pointer, English Pointer, Large Münsterländer, Small Münsterländer
The Most Common However are: English Setter, Irish red & White Setter, Large Münsterländer/Small Münsterländer, Stabyhoun, Brittany, English Springer Spaniel, Welsh Springer Spaniel

Oooh, Rebel, I like both of those! I think the second catches my eye more because it's a larger variety of breeds though. and we could be town border buddies.
