Lately I have been collecting the breyer dogs. I have been looking for a couple of great danes to add to my collection but they are so hard to find. Anyone else have a favorite breyer dog?

@kaprai- Hmm, that's tough, but usually glossy runs of less than 50 with a COA and box could go upwards of $500. The hackney mold isn't in quite as much demand as some other molds and is a bit smaller than most so I'm not entirely sure, but I'd say at least $500 for that, probably more. I've never seen any of those in particular floating around so it seems pretty rare and hard to come by other than the obvious limited run. And if its LSQ... honestly you could possibly get $600+ for that. That's just a guess though. I recently sold my glossy buckskin Quelle surprise from BF this year which had a run of 120, almost 100 more than yours made, and got $475 for it. For the right buyer you could get a decent amount for it. I'd ask around a bit more or try to see if you can find any of those that have sold before and how much they sold for. Awesome model! I'd love to see a picture of it

I'd argue to say it looks better than the Stone ISH, even if I really like the ISH. We'll have to see how nice it looks with a regular production run, the artist resin prototypes always look best haha

@EmberWolf; Here he is! I'm pretty sure him being on an unpopular mold cuts the demand quite a lot, so it might take a while for me to find a buyer who isn't just in for how pretty it looks. Thanks for the advice! c:

Also, wow that prototype looks nice :o I'm drifting out of the hobby a little to pay for trips to conventions, but it doesn't mean I can't stare longingly at the ones I want. xD

Oh wow! That's beautiful, you are so lucky. I used to not be much of a fan of glossies but lately I've been really into them. I'm trying to get my hands on some CM glossy stablemates and might hopefully win an auction of one in a few days.

Since my goal was to clear out pretty much all of my traditionals and I have all but a small handful for sale right now, other than ones I just haven't taken pictures of and put up on ebay yet, I'm trying to focus more on Stablemates! A lot easier to manage, haha. My entire original Stablemate collection is lost as far as I know, but I recently picked up the new mustang and andalusian stablemates and they are precious.

also! shameless plug here, since you guys seem to have such great models, don't forget the MotM is a thing now c: If I don't get any submissions for it by November I'll have to keep showing my own models, while I don't mind, would love to see some others!

Finally attended a first live show on Sunday, had a super fun time and got home with some pretty models too. I've pre-ordered Valegro, can not wait for him to arrive.
