Mostly I've been watching Vinny's streams of it on my Wii U as they're uploaded to The Full Sauce for the time being - I'm watching the latest one now, actually .p.The Inkbrush looks interesting for sure, and I'll have to give it a try .3.

The Inkbrush is super-neat. <3 Actually, Ocean plans on getting to know it better and using it sometimes in battle. We always say that it's like a roller, but way more elegant. xD

From what little I've seen, they seem to be fairly evenly split, so I dunno .p. Maybe one day they actually will host a Splatfest for themselves so we can see, lol

Heh, glad to know you guys don't mind me not having Splatoon yet~ Yeah, when I saw Vinny try the inkbrush when it came out, it seemed interesting. He got a few really good stealth splats while using it, and after seeing how it works, I think it might work well for me! I usually prefer faster characters in games, so having a weapon like that seems like it would fit my usual playstyle. Plus it's always fun sneaking up on people and going after them before they know what's happening because I'm cheap like that lol :d Alternatively, I might go for a standard shooter, since they seem to be fairly well balanced for the most part but still have enough variation to staaay fresh - I can't remember which it was exactly, but during the recent stream I believe he found one with some really nice range, and I do like having good range, so that might be worth a shot (Assuming I remember to go back and see what the weapon was called, haha)~ I don't really have the aim required for full on sniping, of course, so chargers are gonna be a bit of a no go for me I think |D

I'm kind of under a rock, so I have no idea what the fandom thinks on the matter of there being a more-popular Squid Sister or not. xD If they ever have a big, grand-finale Splatfest to end all Splatfests, that had better be the topic if they haven't done it already by then. o3o

@Garnet- That's something I really like about the Inkbrush, too; you can just pop up, launch a crazed hyper flurry attack, then run away laughing like a maniac. o3o
I really like range, myself, too; other than Chargers, Shooters in the Squelcher "family" seem to be really good in that field, particularly the Jet Squelchers. The Dual Squelchers' range isn't quite as good as the Jets', but it's still pretty great, too.
Actually, I have a Squelcher as my current go-to weapon for serious battles: a Custom Dual Squelcher. :3 With its good range, plus its Squid Beakons and Killer Wail, I can really mess with the enemy with my tactics. I can often be found placing Squid Beakons in very strange places, leading to my teammates popping out from all kinds of unexpected directions and stressing the enemy right out. xD

Heh, same. I'm only judging that based on the few blogs I stalk even during the summer on my Wii U that occasionally post Splatoon stuff |D Most of them seem pretty evenly split, so -Shrugs- And yeah, if they ever have to get rid of the Wii U's internet connection like they did with the Wii and DS or something like that, if Splatfests are still a thing at the time, they definitely need to do that as a grand finale if it hasn't been one about them already .p.

Haha, yeah, just drawing a line of ink through Port Mackerel and sneaking in between the rows of crates and cargo to whack someone in the back with your inkbrush definitely looks fun! Vinny managed to take down a few enemy inklings that way when he used it~ Doesn't have the best coverage for sure, but it seems useful as support to get some quick and easy trails for your team to follow and to hold off the other team by catching them unguarded from behind .3.
Ah, yep, I just rewatched the earlier parts of the stream, and he was using a Jet Squelcher! It was definitely useful for Splat Zones where he was playing, at least, between the Splash Wall holding off the other team and the Inkstrike taking back parts of the zones~ It definitely seems like it's got potential there, since his team usually wound up decimating the others, lol! I think the weapons from the squelcher series are going to end up being my go-to shooters when I get Splatoon :d

A Squid Sisters-themed Splatfest would be so fun. xD I just know I'd have a hard time deciding on who's team to choose, but I couldn't just miss out on it, so I would have to reach a conclusion eventually. o3o

Oh yes, the Jet Squelcher. :D I've actually been using that one a lot, lately; it's definitely become a regular of mine~ I love its excellent range, and, as you mentioned, the Splash Walls and Inkstrikes it comes with are really useful in Splat Zones. ^.^

Favorite In-Game Weapon(s)?: Definitely the default Splatterscope. I'd say I'm pretty good with it, especially during Tower Control. I'm really bad at Splat Zones, though. I also love the Kraken Splat Roller because it's fun to mess around and disrespect the enemy team in Turf War, heh.
Favorite Character(s)?: I love Spyke and Callie! But... The way that Spyke curls his fingers and taps his bangle thingys is really weird... I absolutely love it when he says 'Cheers, love.', even though he does it all the time.
Other: I might switch between the male and female Inkling every once in a while and I'm level 17, I think. Also, I might say heh a lot.
