Uhh.. multiplayer fun. All the cool servers out there. And just the freedom to build and create whatever you want. Even if there's only a limited amount of blocks, there's still a thousand things you can do. You can create almost anything and not even the sky is the limit :')

I believe hypixel updated to 1.8?

You can connect with 1.8 last I checked, but not actually 1.8. The Hive and Mineplex are both like this, I'm pretty sure.
