Do you own a/ny Golden(s)? - Yes!
If so, what is his/her name and gender? - Goldy, female. 16 Years of age.
How and where did you get your Golden? - A breeder was going to dump her in a shelter because of her leg {Short, stocky legs} and jaw {Major underbite} deformities. My brother stepped in and saved her.
Do you compete in any sports or participate in any special activities? - I was going to, but the year we were going to enter agility, her mate, my Husky and first dog, passed away from heart failure. She and I both grieved for a long time.

Goldy with the Christmas lights is awesome! X3 I doubt Dixie would sit still long enough for me to get a shot like that, lol.
Then I clicked on the begging for food one. NO! Not 'the face'! Goldens seem to be experts at 'the face'. ;D They make you feel so bad, haha.

She really has gotten 'the face' down! And normally, her Elvis lip comes out, too! It's just an overload of cuteness!

LOVE Dixie! She reminds me of a dog in Lola's Agility class named Daisy <3 Dixie seems very active, gotta love that! I miss how active Goldy was in her younger years. <3

Do you own a golden? Yes, one.
If so, what is his/her name and gender? Angel, girl. She's light gold, so she looks like angel food cake. That might've been why her previous owners named her that.
How and where did you get your Golden? My cousins adopted her from a rescue, but she ate one of their chickens. So they gave her to us!
Do you compete in any sports or participate in any special activities? No, she's six/seven and likes playing or long walks, but she doesn't have the best behavior around other dogs (she's really submissive) and people (she wants to be pet all the time and is very skittish).

WOW! She has a lot of energy <3 Goldy use to weave through a rolling hoop when she was younger. It was so much fun doing little stunts like that with her!

Welcome, Narnian4ever! I love that your Golden is a rescue. My mixed breed dog, Lola {Click on her link in my signature} ate quite a few of my chickens, but what's done is done. We repaired the fence and made it stronger, and Lola hasn't gotten in since!
