Sure, why not? Character change and growth does exist, after all XD it's kinda the basis for all good stories with protagonists!

I think this should only be for custom Ahz though. An Ahz that you wooed already had a personality that the writer created for that Ahz, that the writer felt would fit that Ahz best and to change it would be a little... presumptuous? A little rude? I dunno XD I think we need more opinions on the matter!

Hmmmm well, as Ulysses mentioned, all characters undergo growth if they are to become dynamic protagonists. I would think that basic traits should remain as they originally were, since a character might develop and change in some ways but the base personality will always be there, so perhaps neutralizing or downtoning current traits would be fine, but not "re-doing" the personality.

For example: if there was an Ahzenai who was very brave and courageous but extremely moody and hated...trees, with a passion. I think it would be within reason for the owner of that Ahzenai to develop the personality somewhat, changing it in subtle but realistic ways:

The Ahzenai tended to devolve into dark moods now and then and had a faint aversion to trees and foliage in general. He was a fine warrior, brave and courageous, though he tended to go a little overboard when fighting.

It's a very pathetic example but that is the gist of my thinking XD For any Ahzenai who's personality/blurb I wrote, I'd be fine with these adaptations, lessening fears, adding in reasonable traits, and changing them in altogether realistic ways. However I think I'd find it slightly hurtful to have someone change it completely. I put a lot of effort into my characters, and every adoptable I write for holds a special place in my heart, so to see my interpretation of that particular Ahzenai's personality "die" in a sense...would indeed be mildly hurtful.

But this is just my rather long, and atrociously written, two cents. So feel free to disregard all of this as the ramblings of a sleep deprived girl XD

Personally I think a Matter Ahzenai who is scared of trees, a liquid Ahz who is scared of water or a plasma Ahz afraid of fire would be Hilarious.
