I gotta hype up my local scene and show you Community Witch! this is the only live recording on yt of a song off their recent EP, Glass Chrysalis, but it's on spotify as well. they're very post-punk inspired, with some shoegaze/psych rock/surf rock elements as well :3

also so jealous of the concert's everyone's been to! we don't have a really huge scene where I'm at, but our state capital has a couple venues that have shows every once in a while!

stoked to drive up and see french police later this year. My Time With the Thrill Kill Cult and KMFDM also toured up there last year, but I unfortunately missed them TT^TT

there's a very famous cemetery and an edgar allen poe museum up there that I have yet to check out, so I might make a bit of a trip of it!

Hey there! I don't consider myself goth but rather a friend to goths! Right now I'm more emo and grunge. However, I do enjoy goth music every so often. Siouxsie and the Banshees and Bauhaus are two bands I particularly enjoy. Really I bookmarked this thread for the music recs teehee.

Yippeeee tonight I finally made it out to a goth night!!! I went with a friend and I ended up hanging out with some of their friends and other people I met there who were all very chill and nice!! It was really nice to kinda dance in the corner (near the A/C) and not worry about looking silly and just really vibe to the music!!! Yippee!!!
