I’m excited it’s getting to be Holibomb season!

It doesn't happen often, maybe once or twice a game, but my favourite memories are when I've managed to give someone something they REALLY want or have been trying to get for a while. Last year or the year before, it was a Halloween celtic knot dog I had a spare of. Meant nothing to me but the world to the user who wanted it!

My gifting plan is to have a daily minimum, which I make up on days I skip. I try to do 3 or more gifts. My personal preference is to give wishlist stuff only, more if it's less common material or if I have more than one duplicate, and C$ if I don't have anything off wishlist. I particularly try to look for newer users (joined in the last year but have been playing enough to know what they want) or the older users who are less likely to get wishlist stuff or as many gifts. I also try to look out for people who are doing a lot of gifting themselves! Otherwise I work on the front page list (names Ive visited show up on the hyperlink) or page by page. I don't have a great system to avoid double visits so it happens sometimes! I definitely am a bit biased toward those who keep trackers in their signatures, trade rules or where I can see them.

It's so awesome to see you're participating again, I fully share the same memories and have a similar system, though I also often attempt to go down the entire archive to gift everyone which I possibly can't...
It's the absolute best when you've given someone something of their dreamie list, the wholesome reactions melt me every year and that's why I'm very proud to carry on this amazing tradition with my amazing team of friends <3

so excited to participate in this again! when i first joined cs i had no idea it was an actual "club" so i just stole the text out of someone's signature and participated anyway
october - december is such a magical time to be on cs and i'm so stoked!! also, maybe i'm just not looking hard enough or i'm getting it confused with secret santa, but isn't there a stamp for holibombers? i feel like i've used it before but now i can't find it q:
