- A new species I made. They're called Aielle (Ay-yell) or Aielloux (Ay-yell-oe). (Yes, I know, it's a weird spelling - I just wanted to include the 'oux' in there somehow X3) Anyway, they create dreams. Their markings control what sort of dream a person will have, though no one is sure which markings relate to which type of dream. The colors listed on the sheet are the only colors the species can have. Now, I'll go on to explain. By the way, they will probably be adoptable soon...
Genetics...

Bright Green - p (Recessive)
Pale Dark Green - D (Dominant)
Bright Dark Green - d (Recessive)
Dark Blue - B (Dominant)
Light Blue - b (Recessive)

Eye Markings - H
(Gender is obviously X and Y)
Anyway, this is my character, Kidon (Female). Her genetic code - Bp AA MM Wt SH XX. She's a 1st generation Aielle, so she mostly has pure traits. Anyway, the Aielloux value their eyes the most, then their color, then their pattern. There eyes are large and cat-like, though they do somewhat resemble an owl's eye. They have flat heads, also like cats, and are most closely related to modern day cheetahs. They have no external ears, though they are by no means deaf. They have incredible hearing, made possible by the holes where their ears should be, like seals. They have manes with travel from the top of the head to the neck, stop, then start again, and continue down to the end of the back. Their tail is most fluffy where it connects to the hindquarters, and at the tip. It is used for balance in the very few times they run. They have uneven paws, with one toe on the outside of the paw being much smaller than the rest. This gives them a distinct paw print. The legs are very slender, and the Aielloux are taller than they are long, not counting the tail. The tail is nearly the length of the body. Their fur is very thick and whooly, though it is made of some sort of nano-fiber, which makes it extremely lightweight, and able to both retain heat and and release it very quickly.
Well, that's about it! I'll edit a few things, and then they'll hopefully be made into an adoptable! Any comments/critique on the idea or drawing itself?
