Whoohooo, dont trust the timer, it lies. Well, see how bad i draw chibi's? Is a fail.

Ok, im not sure if i got this right but here are some basic instructions.

Well, as you can see, the title is fanGirl sickness, so you can draw Anyone from Anything. Like naruto or Spirited away. You could even draw your chibi in there and draw some stuff you love in there. Basically, a lot of fan stuff is supposed to be in the surrounding area, yadda yadda, let your imagination flow!

You can remove title if you need room.

Tokyo mew mew.
Spirited away
Soul Eater
Okami
Okamiden (xD)
