Sarah Nicole Morgan wrote:The first Sarah Nicole Morgan was bred from two modern variations to resemble a more ancient body type of the breed. They now look like the older style of morgans, but with the attributes of a modern Morgan. They are exceptionally good in dressage and cross country. Morgans typical range from 14 to 16 hands tall, but some can be up to 17. Solids are a very common marking as morgans do not typically have patterns. They have been known to carry mutations which brought out the pintaloosa, appaloosas, paints, overos, tabianos, etc. While the solids have little colorations they do have socks, stockings, and other small markings to help with individuality.

Story that explains why they are blind in their right eye (minimum of 100 words): word count: 172
Salem became blind in her right eye on what had started out as a peaceful day in her paddock and ended up in a painful blur. The black frame overo mare had just been turned out into her paddock when she spotted a rather odd looking shape hanging from one of the trees near the fence of her paddock. Of course, her curiosity got the better of her and she began nudging it with her soft nose to the point where it broke off and fell to the ground. That moment upon impact, bees exploded from the fallen hive in a flurry, flying upwards in a haste. Salem received many bee stings along her body but the worst was was a bee flew into her eye in it's own hurry to find shelter and ended up stinging her right in the pupil out of fright. After a visit from the vet that same day, he informed her owners that she would indeed lose sight in her right eye in a couple hours.

Story that explains why they are blind in their right eye (minimum of 100 words): The young mare became blind after she was attacked by a mountain lion. She survived of course but she was left blind in her one eye and some well hidden scars because of the fight. She was lucky that the cougar was inexperienced with horses and humans were around...

Story that explains why they are blind in their right eye (minimum of 100 words):
It was hot and the air so thick with acrid black smoke I could hardly breathe. The damage was already done, I could no longer see out of my right eye. The pain was a constant distraction and had been since the smoldering beam had collapsed blocking my path sending embers rushing up into my eye. I wasn't stupid enough to think my sight could be saved, my eye would heal but I would never see out of it again. There would have been no time to lose, so with a rough judgement I'd backed up and then with a running start cleared the steadily burning beam and escaped out into the cold night air.

Winner! I love how you portrayed her personality! Also I love your story, very unique and unexpected! I would've never thought a bee would cause her blindness.
I loved reading everyone else's story too! There were some awesome ideas in there. I can't wait to see what you all come up with for future adopts ^^
