I love shark-tailed characters with my whole heart, and I really want to make one for myself, so I came up with this guy. I'm a huge sucker for O-shaped marks on nautical/marine characters cuz they look like bubbles *flails*

I'm really not sure about this though. No story is really coming to mind for him. T_T
