Derp, so this is what I have so far for the males. It's a male dominate society so the males are the warriors, or at least most of them. There are the few exceptions, like the shamman and builders etc which I will likely draw next. Status of a warrior is usually defined by how heavy their shells are, or big their wings are, how long their hair is and how the color of leaves that adorn their hair.

This guy is a more of an stronger soldier. I haven't decided on colors, so... eh. Might go with earthy colors for the dudes and brighter colors for the girls. Maybe...
