I love creating designs from other people's palettes so I figured I'd make something brand new and adorable. Sooooo, I present Color the Palette, get a Puppuccino! Adorable pups with a sweet tooth and a love of caffeine {for some}. Now for the formal stuff:

Pay what you want! I wanted to open up another species/lineart that even those less fortunate can get to participate in. I do have a minimum payment requirement but it's easy to fulfill.
