RULE UPDATE 8-9-11
PLEASE USE 1 OF THE LARGE BASE POKEMON: Snorlax, Ursaring and Wailord are currently available, or draw your own. But please, leave a base pokemon, that is the idea of this editable.
Do's and Dont's!
Do feel free to do the following:-
- Remove the top layer before you start (with my rules comment)
- Move the Pokemon around on Snorlax/Ursaring/Wailord.
- Draw your own Pokemon on Snorlax/Ursaring/Wailord.
- Colour the existing Pokemon however you like.
- Make marking/accessory/extra limb/hair edits only onto the existing Pokemon lines (add stripes, spots, bows, hats, whatever).
- Change Snorlax/Ursaring/Wailord. for another large pokemon.
- Remove the sleep Bubbles / Draw their own dream bubbles
- Add a background =D!
DO NOT do the following please:-
- Remove my signature.
- Edit the existing Pokemon lines (except for to add markings/acessories/extra limbs/hairdos)
- Claim as your own at any time.
- Move this anywhere else/make your own copy/make adoptables out of them.
- Put this in adoption centers.
- Take this off of Chickensmoothie.
- DO NOT remove the LARGE POKEMON altogether (unless you plan on adding a different Pokemon under them)
Tips for Colouring:-
- First thing you should do is look through all the Pokemon available on the layers list. Pick the ones you want and make them visible (the dot to the left of the layer) and use the move tool (left side bar) to move them where you want them. Move their ALPHA layer as well underneath the lines.
- Move the layers up and down to change the positioning of pokemon. Pokemon at the front of the picture should be HIGHER on the layer list than pokemon at the back.
- Each Pokemon has their own Alpha layer. Tick 'Lock Alpha' on the Pokemon you want to colour in the precoloured shape.
- You will need to add your own shading for the time being as I was too lazy to make layers for that. Remember to shade underneath/behind them too depending on your light source!
- My lines were made at Point 2 (Point 1 for smaller details/marks) and at Opacity 255 (max), if you want to add other pokemon so they match.
- You do not, I repeat not, need to change the layer type of any existing layer! Each layer must stay on Normal and just lock alpha for colouring each specific pokemon on the relevantly named layer D:
- The linearts are positioned as such that the furthest pokemon get covered by the forward ones. If you want to move them around you will need to click-hold and drag the pokemon you want forward up above the pokemon that is in front of it. This includes both lineart and the alpha layer if you want to use the pre-coloured one I made.
Snorlax, Zigzagoon, Natu, Vulpix, Snivy, Munchlax, Oshawott, Charmander, Skiploom, Slowpoke, Pachirisu, Pikachu, Petilil, Scraggy, Tirtouga, Purrloin, Ursaring, Wailord belong to Pokemon, Nintendo, Game Freak, etc.
