sorry for the questions but-

1 = are we allowed to make our own traits or are there pre-made traits

2 = are we allowed to make sort of like, a feral form for them?

3 = are we allowed to transfer out of species?

4 = are we allowed to breed? if so, then what sexes (biological genders) can breed?

5 = can we make and sell adopts? if so, for what currency? if not, can we make free adopts and/or raffles?

6 = is there a list of rules other then not claiming the art/species as your own?

7 = you said we can't claim the art as our own, can we claim the design as our own but credit you for the lineart and species?

8 = are there any restrictions for fluffien releationships? i have seen species that only allow straight releationships so i just wanna make sure

1- there are no traits/rarities anymore, but you can make any edits you wish!

2- I suppose so; once you make it it's your character so you can do a lot with it

3- I'm not sure what you mean by this, sorry...

4- I guess you can do that, and any one of them can breed. just keep in mind that there are no nursery lines and I don't intend on making any

5- yes, but it has to be fake currency like $c, virtual pets, etc. if selling them

6- there was, but I removed them because they mostly just had to do with being staff and what you could/could not do with the no longer active traits/rarities I think (hopefully this makes sense- sorry that it's probably worded kind of weirdly)

7- Of course! If you made the design credit yourself for that and not me, since I just made the lines/species ^^

8- No, there isn't any restrictions for things like that
