How do i evolve my Pokemon?

pretty simple! to evolve your pokemon, you need to 1, have a pokemon that can evolve,
and two, complete a set of prompts below to be eligible for evolving said pokemon !

you can only keep the current edits that your pokemon has! if you want your pokemon to gain
new edits, you must already own them in the bank or buy them.

prompts can be completed however many times you'd like, as long as it is for an evolving
pokemon ! you can complete prompts far before you evolve your pokemon if you wish as well.

if your evolution is off oekaki, post the image down below !!

prompts are divided into first evolution and second evolution prompts !, first evolution prompts
are for pokemon who will only evolve one time. second evolution prompts are for pokemon
who evolve more than one time.



First Evolution Prompts

must have a completed personality + history on their storage thread

Noodles didn't evolve under any grand or glorious circumstances. No exquisite victories were the trigger, nor any extreme duress. Instead, her evolution was the natural cumulation of all the hard work she did alongside her trainer, which allowed her to grow stronger by degrees. It was quite a slow and ponderous process! In addition, she didn't know she was ready for it until it HAPPENED. And even then, it took her quite a bit of time afterword to get used to the idea of her new form.

As with most evolutions, Noodles happened in the wake of a battle. Said battle wasn't an important one - it was simply a training battle held out behind a Sinnoh Pokemon center. Her own trainer had met another trainer while passing through town, and after chatting for a bit about the things they'd both gone through on the road, they decided to square off and test out their respective strategies. Noodles had never really enjoyed such impromptu match-ups, but she went along with it regardless. She knew the match would please her trainer, and she knew it would give her invaluable experience for her upcoming gym battle - Noodles DID rather like gym battles! Anyway, since her trainer rarely (if ever) returned her to her Pokeball, Noodles sat on the sidelines while two of her other teammates took their turns. Jet the Toxicroak lost, Yvonne the Crobat won.

Then it was her turn.

The rival trainer sent out a Shinx, and, in response, Noodles' trainer motioned for her to step out onto the field. Noodles wasn't surprised - she was pretty much the only Pokemon on her team that knew a ground attack, so she was the go-to whenever an electric-type showed up. Many volleys of Mud Bomb later, and the opposing Shinx collapsed into the dust. Very soon after she felt herself evolving.

Naturally, her trainer was extremely proud of her, and ran out to embrace her. Noodles, on the other hand, felt conflicted. It had been an easy battle. Not one-hit-and-done easy, but EASY nonetheless. She couldn't understand why she'd evolved NOW! She didn't feel as though she'd earned it.... in fact, as she watched the rival recall their Shinx, she began to feel downright BAD about the whole thing! It would take Noodles many nights of deep introspection to come to terms with events. ((391))
