- - Starter + partner pokemon can be any pokemons first evolution or only evolution.
- Any pokemon with alternate forms ( ie: gender, terrain, region, etc ) can be in any of those forms regardless of conditions, gender, etc.
- Starter + partner pokemon can only have 3 minor edits. Users who are joined in the community discord can make a starter + partner with 3 minor edits and 1 major edit.
- You can make starters / partners for others
- Accessories are encouraged!
- Shinies, fusions, and legendaries are not permitted to be used as partners and starters unless permission is granted directly from imperials.
- - NEW: that being said ! all regular pokemon are allowed ONE accent color change ! This change can be any color to the pokemon's original ( or minor / major marking ) design ! ( ie: you're designing and eevee and give it a minor moon marking !, you can make that moon marking any color you want! blue, orange, etc ! ) Accent color changes can ONLY change up to 50% of the pokemons original design !
- if your starters / partners are off oekaki, please draw a cover !
