Guide to the Oekaki!

SO.. I just cannot get the hang of the human body. I'm better with the faces than with anything else. A lot of clothing helps, though I have a weird problem with making the arms or torso too long. I used a few sketching techniques on google along with some I found in a fashion drawing book. This specific base sketch helped a lot but I want to be able to give each character a different pose when I make refs. So I need help from people who can draw at least partially
REALISTIC humans.
Fair warning, I won't use all of the tips, especially for the face, as I have a style mixed between "anime" and realistic so they might look a bit thinner.
I just want the basic body types of each, not overly muscular but not overly skinny. This means I need a redline for both female and male bodies if you can <3

I would like some good base sketch examples and maybe some good sort of simple body examples (most are really extravagant so they are confusing for me ;v; )
Any other sort of references that are easy to look at and study is great too!
If you have any tips for hands and profile expressions I'd love those as well <3
