How do you color a sectch art(or Stratch art) Everytime i see one people did it but it's locked why?

You can't- its the same as in beginner and intermidete- you aren't allowed to. The only place you can is in editable- or is adopt if you made the thread. This thread would also belong in help, not in editable oekaki, for the other times you need help, you should post there. ;)
I've quit, sorry.

I might be on once in a while to just look around the site and there is a little bit of a chance I might start up again, but i've missed so many months of pets I just don't think it would be worth it... >.<

So sorry, i'll miss all of my friends and such on here!<3

Scratch boards are not allowed because they are all identical and a bit of a waste of time since any one with the fill tool can make them. it seems senseless to have 100 identical scratchboards on editable. This is why they get locked.

Also next time please use the CS Suggestions and Problems, pure writing oekakis also get locked. This could have been answered over there.
