RULES
DONT take off my Siggy
NO major line edits
OKAY to change markings/eyes/wings
OKAY to edit "form"
NO adding your own siggy
OKAY to add accessories (bows,sparkle,bracelet, etc.)
OKAY to use for adoption , but PM me first
NO using for profit
NO stealing lines
OKAY to erase a budgie ( a bit difficult though)
NO gory,bloody, or violence details/edits
ENJOY!
