Ok so I just recolored this picture in my own version but someone said I commited art theft in 2 ways. One way is that the drawing isn't mine (which I knew it was a recolor I colored and the signature is in the drawing.) And the other way is that they had already drawn/named a character exactly like mine (which I didn't know it was an experiement.) Can someone please look at my drawing or comment back? I don't want to get in trouble!

yes, I think it's because the paws/toes are very round, like a cats, however dogs paws, unless fluffy are generally more pointy and boney, perhaps add some claws?
You could add;
Claws
collar
Flopped dog ears
whiskers
and a cat tail.
