yes, i just dont want the line art posted in Adoptable Oekaki or in Competitions, as for a color-in if you dont want some of the pups in your litter yes you can adopt them out

To Anyone Who is Having Probs Coloring..
I dont really have a definite answer to your problem because for each individual their problem is situational. It could be your browser, your version of java, a corrupted history file, etc.

my advice to you is to:
1 Clean and Defragment you Computer
2 Erase Browsing History
3 Make Sure to Visit Java.com To make sure You Have the Most Current Version of JAVA.
