No, unless they are your own characters
Ex. No doing Fireheart/Firestar from the series but you can do Fireheart if he was a character you made that happened to have the same name

Do you mean the darker part with the title?
If so, there is a layer of just that, it would be the top layer of course. I do not have the exact name, however, if you click on the circle by the layer you can hide, or even delete it! <3
