You have to do it manually. You go to the layer with the lineart and erase the lines for the puppies you don't want. Then you do the same with the details layer just above the lineart. Then you go to the Colour: One and Colour: Four layers and either unckeck them (makes them invisible) or just delete them. Hope this helps^^.
