Yes, breeding's on this line art are allowed, just as long as the breeder follows all of the rules. (ex ;; coloring in the breeding's themselves, not accepting profit . . . etc.) Though, if you do catch someone who you think may be breaking the rules, please PM me and I'll check it out. Don't post saying what they did wrong, I'll go over it. I don't want people getting upset because someone feels they where wrongly accused. c:
