i clicked the colormein button and i tried to erase the colors and put new colors but it didnt worjk !

Because you mustn't do it so!!!!!
1.Select the layer you want to color in, f.e. pup 5. (You know you chose a certain layer because it is darker then the others i the list)
2.Do NOT erase what is already colored.
3.Check the lock alpha box above the list of layers.
4.COLOR IN FREELY!!!!! No need to worry about sloppy coloring!

So, this is probably a dumb question, but this rule slightly confuses me;;

-Make a Competion out of it by adding people to the list to color

Does this mean strictly what it says, making it a competition, or are the 'breed with my character' ones okay, so long as it's not a competition and free to anyone who wants? I was really bored and was about to go just doodle some random character and let whoever wanted to 'breed' their sparkleanimalz to it and we could both keep a 'pup' or whatever, but then I noticed some were locked because of this rule, but then some weren't.

So, is it just not okay all around, or is it the competition part exclusively that's not allowed?
Just wanting to get some clarification, and sorry if this should be an obvious answer~
