I was un-COPPA'D last year, and EXTREMELY happy for it, because of the fact that I was denied of adopting from an adoption center once just because I couldn't give them the code-word. I'm actually considering starting something to get codewords banned, because I have heard people openly say that COPPA'd aren't allowed at their center. I definitely support COPPA'd!

this is so nice, I WOULD edit it and use it, but my computer blocks whatever tool to make oekaki. *sigh*. my computer is just overprotective.
COPPA'd players may be under thirteen,but were aren't as inexpirienced as we look. we aren't ALL five year olds behind the screen. its not like I don't know multiplication or to use coordinate grids. I can even do emoticons! <コ:彡
