Sorry but its not working....When I paint it still goes outside the lines.. Am i missing something.. So lemme get this straight.. I go on the pen tool.. I click lock alpha, And then i go on the fat brush tool, And t still goes out of everthing? And the dragon is covered

? Is it supposed to do that.
