astrid has one pet which is a leopard gecko that she absolutely adores. her leopard gecko is named raindrop after its spotting. astrid first got raindrop as a temporary placement home for a friend who was moving for a job. however, when she went to give raindrop back to her friend, astrid were unable to do so as the new apartment wasn’t pet friendly. so, she has owned raindrop ever since.

astrid has since built up a better home from the temporary one for raindrop. it was originally one of her large aquariums, but it has been changed and upgraded to accommodate the leopard gecko. she often finds times raindrop is a very docile creature who tends to enjoys being pampered with the finest treats yet hates being handled. so, astrid just sits and enjoys watching raindrop explore his enclosure or just relaxing. and, they have a good bond with each other.

This also means that the Internet is no longer dependant on modems, as we knew them at the turn of the century.
Video imagers that allow people to communicate while seeing who you are speeking to have replaced the phones of the twentieth century. All banking, shopping and personal business can now be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home. This is probably the single most amazing thing about this time. Companies like FedEx, and UPS have become shipping giants of this time, with millions of employees and tens of thousands of offices all over the world. These companies are what make living in 2050 so unique. With more people spending less time going out to shop, shipping companies like these are the only way millions of people can survive.
The perception of the future, especially when it is very far away, is a more difficult thing to put into words. The future is a very abstract concept. It is difficult to make a projection for a time when you will no longer exist. One of the funny difficulties scientists faced in the quantitative study was to convince some respondents to overcome the barrier of the horizon of their own existence: “I will not be over 30 years, how do you want me to tell you what the future will be like?"

After a long, stressful day, there is no place that Sakura would rather relax than at her secret garden. Filled to the brim with lilies, cherry blossoms, sunflowers and exotic flowers, Sakura’s garden is perfect for satisfying her love of nature. In a secluded area hidden in the shade of a cherry blossom, there lies a small, comfy picnic table, complete with a lawn chair and table cloth, along with Sakura’s pet tabby cat, Alto, who loves nothing more than sharing a cuddle and meal with Sakura. Never one to forget, Sakura always brings a small minnow, warm milk, cheese and assorted fruits to enjoy with sweet little Alto.

atwood is an enigma. a beating heart of murky tar hidden beneath a clinical stare, he knows not of a simple life. his demeanor is cautious, precise, and ruthless. indecision makes one easy prey for carnal spectre of hunger.

moulded by the world around him, he learned quickly that whatever beasts lurked where he dared not see did not care about whether this lamentable form had anything left to lose.

only the netherworld knows of what he has suffered, and even the demons of hell refuse to speak of his endless terror.
atwood is not one to speak about his past, because truthfully, he's not sure if he can recall it. memory fails him, and his attempts at retrieving whatever bittersweet memories of his life before the voyage have been pitifully unsuccessful. he only wants to do what he must to survive, but even in moments of fragile weakness, he realises that he has lost even his humanity. he has lost the only thing he thought he had left, and for that, he mourns.
