It was an editable.
1. I colored it,
2. added shading
3. did NOT claim any copyright
and 4. didn't use outside of CS.

According to the laws of copyright, it's alright to distribute as long as you don't claim as your own. plus, their rules didn't say anything about making another editable from his/hers.
