Am I the only one having problems with lock-alpha?

HEY!!! I just added a bunch of accessories and some new hair styles you can now have multiple tails and batwings! If you have any requests for some extra accessories or hair styles just let me know And i have been noticing some peoples colors outside the lines. USE ALPHA LOCK!!! TRUST ME, IT WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TIME!! You can color this in as many times as you want. Kepp it on ChikenSmoothie and ENJOY!!!!!

All you have to do is click the colour layer and in the box there should be 2 tick boxes below where it says "Normal" and there should be one saying lock alpha. Tick that. Then you choose your colour and colour away.

I know how to do lock-alpha, but it won't work for some reason.

I would LOVE to color this in, but my fursona has no ears or tails. COuld you have a feature that removes them or adds lines where the base of the ears would be so you could erase the main ear lines?
