Ada has a really good bedside manner with children, and children are much less scary so it's better for her, too. Her looking sort of dragon-like also really helps her, because most children think she looks cool and friendly already without her having to say anything. She tends to be quite lenient with her wards time-wise, because children often need longer to process things, even though it annoys the other reapers in the area.
She also collects things to give to them to keep them calm, and brings them with her; this tends to be fidgety toys, plush toys, or other things like that. Sometimes if a child asks if she has a hoard because she's a dragon, she'll show them what she brought for them.

Only thing I see here is you have 2 jewel colors! If its shading it'll have to be clearly stated as it doesn't look like it! Fix that and then they are approved!
