Yes, yes. Although in my opinion there are too many using these lines already...I counted 7 on the front page of contests at one point.

If you really want to, you can. I won't be mad at you or anything. :)

I think I must be the only person with fairly popular reference lines that lets people put them in contests, so a lot of people want to use them. Most probably just want to get around the 'you have to provide lines' rule without drawing anything themselves.
