If you put the hoodie on, it can pass for a boy. I'll go in and see if it is possible to add e male t-shirt and eyes, we'll see what we can do.
But it is already over 100 layers of customizable options, so I can't be adding much more.

Added a T-shirt that is vaguely male-shaded, just change to the guy eyes and you're set!

As for lizard/reptile... I make editable few and far between, due to how much work I put into them. And I did a rat one 'cause I love rats <3
