I clicked on all the layers and none of them are highlighted in blue....

raquel123, this is an editable oekaki which means anyone can color them in, but there are rules that limit what you may do after you color listed by the artist. Feel free to color as many as you like though as long as you understand and follow the rules that can be found on the very first post of this thread :]

Here, this is what I mean by highlighted 'blue':

See how it is highlighted blue/purple? That's what I meant. Once it is like that, you can color.

I made one but the Oekaki wouldnt let me save it so here it is:
