I think I know how to fix it! If you could just post the same drawing/picture thing, only set it so that everyone that can't color it can color the other one. Like, Click the colormein, then don't do anything and save it, and set it so that I and the other people that cant edit it can color that!

This still would not fix the fact that the reason people who cant color it is because it just does not Load. So making a duplicate wouldnt make it load for them, only downsizing or deleting layers would make the file smaller and then they would be able to color it.

Weird xP My computer has no problems loading any of it and it's EXTREMELY old and laggy most of the time..

It might have to do with your Java. Neara took the time to give some solutions to problems about the art not loading. Try and use them...
