You may move the signature(s), and you may add your own as well for the color in. However, that being said, the greyish signature on the hip must remain on the cat in some location, it must be visible as in you are not able to make it the same color as your cat unless it's the same color a darker or lighter shade. You may also lower it's opacity to where it is almost invisible, as low as 25%.

You are most definitely allowed to move the painted signature anywhere except in an imitation of Nyan Kitty if you know what I mean. It's ok to put it low on the ground behind, or over in the corner, but not up.
