You can still color it without any problems, just make a new layer, move it underneath the lineart layer, and then put the lineart layer on "multiply"

but it's still very good, looks like a great base to make new characters out of with all those different views ^^ there's nothing more tricky than trying to draw a characters who's reference lack views from other angles :BI don't think the mod can do anything about the layer thing, though :/ i've been through it on other oekaki too, ometimes the applet i, sorry, a b*tch and merges without reason... idk why, but it happens, I don't think there's anything you can do about it
but as I said, it hould work perfectly fine to color what's left of it though
