How do you draw on it? I did Lock alpha but it didn't work

It should work. o.O
Go to where it says "____ Base"
Say you wanted the... smooth fur. You'd go to the layer that says "Smooth Fur Base" and color it there with the lock alpha. Same with the ears and tail. C:
