That is pretty rude. Especially since what you were saying took me a few minutes to get too, and I am going to major in English.
Anyhow, what I think he means is probably that he'd like to get a bunch of people to color in this lineart for him to design characters for his comic or something of the like. The tornado thing was just so that he would notice that it was a design meant for him and not just another of someone else's designs that he shouldn't use.
If I am wrong, then the one who fails at English is most definitely not Cheesie but Twister.
Anyhow, sorry, just wanted to try and interpret that for you, though it seems too late, but I really came in here to say was this is a beautiful lineart, especially for being done without a reff and with a mouse! I take my hat off to you, you've got real talent.
