I'm new to this, how do I color it? When go on it I can't make any lines....

at the top of the forum there's a button--it is next to "Post reply" and is called "ColorMeIn"<----- click on that

oh yeah i knew that XD but when im on the oekaki n i draw no lines show..

If you are hosting the contest and providing this as the lineart, yes, that's fine (look at rule #2 of "You may")
but if it is another person's contest, then no because that is making prophet (look at rule #2 of "You may not")
