Yup! There is two options you can do, 1. You can send me the reference and a pet payment of Rares worth ~25C$ and I'll draw both the kittens and your OC, or 2. You can send me the reference without payment and I can design the kittens without coloring in your OC. So either way I can use the reference and make your kittens, I'd only require payment if you wanted me to draw your OC with the kittens
