um i have a question. im probably just really stupid but how do yo make the wings a different color? like, i want the little circle shapes on there but i cant figure out how to have those on but make them a different color.....

Use the Wing layer and hit lock alpha to colour what's already there.
If you mean the spots, go to the Wing Spots layer and do the same.
If you mean add more things on top, create a new layer above the wings with the + button. and draw over them.
