Yep!
Feel free to make your Nen not have fur atop their head, though they must have a tail of some sort. Any other edits aside feathers are not allowed ;w;

Nope, but I've found that four is just the right amount for color for the base. Any more looks really crowded. ^v^

Ah, I forgot to tell you guys one more important rule!
Nen's are required to have at least one feather. I do see some featherless Nen's, so if you could fix that I'd appreciate it ;w;
