She was just so intriguing and complex I had to draw her and I am very pleased with the way she came out. I honestly didn't think it'd come out like this. Oh and her tongue isn't hanging out because it would look strange.... I tried both ways and this looked much better.
Anyway, Tracker 28 is a Bio-Tracker and she shoots toxins.
This is just fanart. Whoever wins her, feel free to use this as a piece of fanart if you have a character forum. Just makes sure you credit me. ^^

Well, with Trackers you have to fill out a form with personality, a backstory and the reason you want him/her. Currently for the this girl, there are 26 competitors including myself.
