clouds + such shift + change shape
cloth band on tail changes colors based on emotion, but the color can be changed at will if wanted (so like concentrating on 'ok im gonna try to be cool gotta make that cloth purple')

purple: neutral
yellow: enjoyment
red: rage
blue: sadness
white: surprise
light grey: disappointment
dark grey: fear
black: bored
green: content

and other things
if you want to know what color a certain emotion is that isn't listed just post and i'll say bc i can't think of any more at this point
