hhm I think you know how there is colouring on the lines and out well i find that weird no offence ^^ were you supposed to do that?
ok.. and maybe you should do the fur a bit differently but hey i can't talk my art on digital i don't know....i really think peeps don't care about it..since it's a bit weird... maybe i should cjange my style a bit... lol i really like it however the dog is purple and blue backround makes something hard for my eye i don't know please don't take this too seriously if i offended you or anything ^^
I don't mean i don't like the way its purple it is very nice... I think it blends in a bit so yeah ..

The colours are fine.
Why can't there be purple wolves? (I love how it's purple)
I like how you've done the head of the wolf, as in, how you've designed the wolf's head, very nice.
However the neck is a bit too long, so unless you add the front legs in there...Well it looks odd.
But then again, some styles of art purposely make the necks too long, really it just depends on whether you want to make it more realistic or abstract.
The background could use a fair bit of work. Maybe use a smudge tool or blend tool to smooth out the transition between the colours, so that it's a cleaner move between the blue, and purple shades.

Have you used layers?
Most people use at least two layers, if you don't use layers it's impossible to get a good background as well as a good animal/feature object in there. From the way you've coloured it, it looks like you haven't used layers, but that may be just my point of view.

But really art is just trail and error, it is MUCH better to learn by practice, and your own experience, rather than listen to what someone else says.

I used layers, and the purple is one of my faves colors, and yea the neck a kinda style. THis background is not the real one i planned, i will fix it.Thanks!

The head is fine, but you could start adding paws to your wolf.
I like the background's texture, nice blending of the colors, gives a nice effect.
