WELL. I was thinking all Jewel Mane Dragon owners could have their's go to a Halloween costume party to celebrate Halloween and...this happened.. o3o
Froggy and multiple other users watched me while I made this and also helped a lot with what to put on it. X3 They all like the idea, so I'm pretty sure you guys will to.. WELL anyways, since this is like an invitation, here's what's inside just in case you want to post in either of the rp's about your JMD getting the invitation.
