Also I just realized I have never drawn his right side. Always the left.

Name: Malcerataze (Malcera, Mal, Foofy)
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Species: Human-wolf Shapeshifter
Origination: O'vair, Trans-Viern Age (Alive during Apocalypse)
Affiliation: PARA Leader (Post Apocalyptic Recovery Alliance)
Status: Wounded, Immune (Infected with Zombie illness but hardly affected)
Personality: Chill dood.
History: He was born as an orphan in O'Vair with no knowledge of relatives, but ran from the orphanage at age 12 after repeated failed adoptions. After that he lived on the streets, raising and educating himself independently. He was 17 when the World Bleed struck and he became Wounded--he attempted to remain and save some in the city, but as most were either zombies or feared him for the fact that he was Infected, he left the city in favor of the abandoned wastelands, which were safer, while concealing his Wound. On the way he met Shepherd by rescuing him from a horde of Cultists, and Shepherd, being a lil' nugget, clung to him afterwards. They soon after met Corone, who joined. Once leaving the city the three remained together, picking up other stragglers along the way. They founded PARA, the Post-Apocalyptic Recovery Alliance (or Association), collecting as many survivors as they could and uniting them in order to re-establish what remains of humanity. Despite its fancy name, PARA is more based on informal bonds of friendship.
Accessories: Hides Wound on chest with bandages; Headphones salvaged from an insane asylum, which level the brain's electrical activity by emitting electromagnetic charges, necessary to maintain his fragile sanity; Non-vital accessories include haphazard suite, gas mask & goggles.
Allies: Hcayoa, Shepherd, Corone, those other unnamed fellas
Enemies: Hazan, Sorodon & friends
Other: Hallucinations involve 2 wolves, Hurricane and Cloud, who represent his Good Conscience and Evil Conscience, respectively.
Background Information
Scourge: A Parasitic dimension that prospers by eating other dimensions, devouring entire universes. Its Avatar comes in the form of a large, furry red dragon wearing a red skull.
Gaia-Ra: The dimension in which Mal and everyone reside. It is a peaceful god who does not interfere with the lives of its inhabitants. Its Avatar, when it chooses to use a solid form, is a silver deer.
The World Bleed: The phenomenon in which Scourge, a parasitic dimension, latched onto Gaia-Ra and began to, literally, eat the universe. The term "World Bleed" is used synonymously with the "Apocalypse". It occurred suddenly on an apparently normal evening as the chemical pollution in the sky suddenly burst into flames; out of this worldwide explosion emerged Blisters, and creatures and landmasses from Scourge rained onto Viern. In this chaos the majority of humanity either died (their souls devoured by Scourge) or succumbed to madness, becoming Cultists. Very few survived.
Cultist: Used synonymously with Zombie or Madman; during the World Bleed, those who Scourge did not devour immediately became Cultists. They became "Infected", or possessed, by Scourge's energy, and became vessels of his command. Possessed by him to do as they say, they serve only their "Lord".
Wounded: Any with open wounds at the time were dangerous of becoming "Wounded". Many were injured during the World Bleed, and particles from Scourge (dust or plant spores) entered their bloodstream and infected them. Unfortunately, most die quickly, as their physical body is eaten away like acid by the demon living in their soul.
Fit Fessel: There were different levels of Wounded. Some died immediately; some died more slowly; and others had remarkable resistance to Scourge. These were called Fit Vessels--rare people who could holster Scourge's power without being destroyed by it. There are only 3 in existence--Malcera, Hazan, and Hcayoa. Second to them is Zack, who is almost, but not quite, a Fit Vessel.
Scourge II: During the World Bleed, Viern was almost a replication of Scourge's environment. Its creatures and its plants lived and thrived on Viern. However, as the Red Energy levels died out, so did the plants. This timespan--about a week--was known as Scourge II.
Scourge III: The theoretical Second World Bleed, or the Second Coming. Cultists strive to create a Second World Bleed, hence turning Viern again into a replication of Scourge's environment--a second Scourge II, or Scourge III.
Viern: Earth-equivalent planet in Gaia-Ra. The setting.
New Viern: The World Bleed separated Viern's history into 2 parts: Old Viern and New Viern. Old Viern refers to the world before the apocalypse. New Viern refers to the world after. They are separated by the time of Scourge II.
Blister: Synonymous with "Portal". It is an opening between Scourge and Gaia-Ra, forming a portal between the 2 universes and allowing objects to travel between. Since Scourge consists of floating islands and Viern is, well, a planet with gravity, Blisters are usually catastrophic as they rain flying islands that crash onto Viern's surface.
Red Energy: Scourge consists of Red Energy, an infectious form of energy that possesses atoms and travels through the transferral of electrons in electric charges. When atoms are possessed by Red Energy, they are technically under the possession of Scourge, and Gaia-Ra no longer has control over them. Red Possession is characterized by insanity in living beings and a change in the chemical properties of substances. During the World Bleed, almost all of Viern was possessed by Red Energy. However, if surrounded by another form of energy, it will usually be consumed by the energy surrounding it.
RedGen: RedGens (Red Generators) are machines designed to generate Red Energy. Since Red Energy in small amounts is easily cured by Gaia-Ra, Cultists build and/or use Red Generators to produce Red Energy.
Belt: A Belt is a machine from Scourge that enters Viern through Blisters. They lower from the portals in the sky and hit the ground, establishing powerful Red Generators and producing Red Energy in massive amounts. They must be destroyed quickly by PARA; luckily they easily become overheated with Red Energy and will self-destruct if their settings are put too high.
Red Pulse: Cultists build things called Red Pulses; machines which produce laser-like emissions of condensed Red energy into the sky. They fray the borders between dimensions and cause a Blister to open. Red Pulses are used to open Blisters in order to deliver Belts into Viern.
